When you send an enquiry we store your name, email, optional organisation, project details and message, and the time it was sent.

Why

Only to reply to and manage your enquiry. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored with our hosting provider and are readable only by the business owner and authorised staff. Providers may process data outside Australia, including the US and EU.

Cookies & local storage

Browser storage supports sign-in and settings elsewhere in Omega. The Professional home-screen shortcut needs an internet connection; it does not cache private information for offline use.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information through our contact form. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.

Our business services are not directed at children.
