Nexus Systems World is a registered business name operated by Raymond Naylor (sole trader, Australia). It is not an incorporated company.

ABN 87 716 389 234. The business is not currently registered for GST.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry creates no obligation for either party. Commissioned work starts only after you accept a written scope and quote, which will set out deliverables, price, payment and ownership terms.

Digital products

The Build It Yourself catalogue is not open and nothing can be bought on this site yet. Each product will state its contents, licence and delivery before sale.

Australian Consumer Law & statutory rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights, and any conflicting provision is read down to the minimum extent necessary. Where the law allows, our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee for services is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the enquiry form, send unlawful content, or attempt to access systems you're not authorised to use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Severability

If a provision is invalid it is severed and the rest continues to apply.
